On behalf of Frese Marine, MARPRO Group is looking for a Project Manager for the office in Slagelse. You will report to the Global Project Manager & Head of Project Engineering of the company.

Frese provides customized fuel saving technologies for the global maritime industry. Our integrated solutions with dynamic valves, sensors and variable frequency drives complete with touch-screen panels and smart automation are well-proven.

The job

As Project Manager for Frese Marine, you will be responsible for the execution of sold Frese FUELSAVE® system projects. Your focus will be on handling the plan approval process with ship Owners with input from the team, execution, deliveries and communication internally and externally. You excel in keeping deadlines, cost and quality of the projects within agreed limits, while proactively identifying project improvements and clearly communicate scope changes and additional value-added services and parts This role involves limited travelling, meeting clients together with the Sales Manager when closing deals.

Professional qualifications

• Relevant technical education
• Strong technical understanding of engine room marine systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Experience with cooling water systems and automation is an advantage
• Maritime project management experience
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
