For our team in Frederikshavn, we are looking for Marine Engineer to helps us fill an increasing need to provide the business with technical documentation. We are responsible for creating documentation for engines, propeller and remote control. Documentation for new designs and maintaining existing ones. We work in collaboration with colleagues who develop propeller, remote control and also future engines powered by greener fuels.
You will have the opportunity to contribute with your qualifications right from the start. You will join a department were support and guidance is available when needed, giving you the freedom to work in the ways you think will best support the company.
You will play an important role in:
- Create and update technical descriptions
- Develop ideas for the graphic design of the spare parts plate.
- Create and update internal work procedures for collaboration and streamlining.
- Collaborate daily with our colleagues in Aurangabad, India.
- Use our CCMS system (XML-based), to create content, and produce complete manuals.
- Assuring the current manuals are up to date.
We imagine that you:
- Are a Marine Engineer or have similar technical background (new graduates will be considered)
- Have experience with engines and/or propellers
- Are good at technical descriptions and procedures
- Are a proactive team player who can contribute positively to our great team
- Are curious, innovative, persistent and goal-oriented
- Are open minded and have a flexible approach to problem solving

The team consists of a mix of experienced Technical Writers and Marine Engineers based in both Holeby and Frederikshavn. We have a friendly and collaborative group, and we take pride in being up to date with the latest technical knowledge. We collaborate with our colleagues from Aurangabad, India daily and on occasion with colleagues from around the world. This mean that occasional visits to costumers to see our work used in real life will be possible. Furthermore, in this position it will be possible to work from home.
