On behalf of Rohde Nielsen, MARPRO Group is looking for a Site Manager for the office in Copenhagen.
Rohde Nielsen, one of Europe's largest marine contractors, specializes in marine construction projects including offshore wind farms, port development, and coastal protection. With a modern fleet, they execute complex projects worldwide, offering engineers the chance to contribute to high-profile international works. Currently, they are involved in projects such as the development of new ports and offshore energy infrastructure. As a Site Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of these dynamic projects.
The job
As a Site Manager, you will assist in managing daily site operations, ensuring that work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. You will support project teams in maintaining a high level of safety and compliance on-site, communicating with subcontractors, and ensuring that the project runs smoothly and efficiently. You will participate in site meetings and help resolve any on-site issues that may arise. This role offers great opportunities for development in a dynamic, international environment.
Professional qualifications
- Relevant degree in Master Mariner, Marine Engineer, Engineering or construction
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with quality control and HSE documentation requirements
