On behalf of Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB, MARPRO Group is looking for a Fleet Manager for the office in Stockholm. You will report to the COO of the company.

The job

Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB is looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and compliance of forty-seven vessels and three workshops in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. The role includes leading technical teams, managing maintenance plans, ensuring safety and quality standards, handling budgets, procurement, and reporting. Responsibilities also cover work environment compliance, system management for maintenance and documentation, and on-call duties. Strong leadership, technical problem-solving, and planning skills are essential for success in this role.

Professional qualifications

• A maritime education like Marine Engineer, Naval Architect or Project manager
• Maritime regulatory knowledge with specific Swedish national regulation 
• Technical problem-solving 
• Strong ability to plan, allocate resources, and lead teams
• Financial & technical reporting 
• Budget management 
• Procurement & supplier management 
• System responsibility
• Software Proficiency and IT savvy– competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Language skills – fluent in Swedish and English
