S&P shipbroker
Atlantic Shipping A/S is expanding our sale and purchase brokering activities, and we are looking for a new colleague for our division of specialized vessels
We are searching for a shipbroker with the following qualifications:
- A shipbroker with experience in sale and purchase in the offshore industry, fish farming industry or other industries of specialized vessels
- A self-driven person with an entrepreneurial mindset who is not afraid of taking the initiative
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as shipbroker
- Experience and skills: Sale and purchase skills, vessel technical knowledge, contract negotiations, industry specific knowledge. Experience with brokering newbuildings is an advantage.
- Education: Law, business, captain or engineer.
- Working place is the office in Copenhagen
- Any nationality
- Travel: Approx 30-50 days a year
- Language skills: English and preferably a Scandinavian language. Other languages are also valuated.
You will join a team of two shipbrokers working with second-hand vessels and newbuildings. The team has primarily focused on sale and purchase of offshore vessels, patrol vessels and survey vessels and similar types of specialized vessels. Together, the team will expand further into the market of specialized vessels.
