In this role, you will drive the technical direction of projects, manage team performance, and ensure successful delivery by overseeing quality, timelines, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Set technical strategy, make key decisions on architecture, tools, and methodologies.
• Manage project planning, timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement across the development process.
• Oversee budget, resource management, and vendor relations when needed.
• Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership within a maritime/offshore engineering environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Expertise in managing relatively complex, high-impact technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management is a plus.
