PJ Circular Engineering is a privately owned company, established in 1979, that has grown significantly over the years. As a leading partner in circular repair and reconditioning of key components for large diesel engines and turbines, the company’s mission remains steadfast: Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle. Committed to decarbonizing the maritime industry, PJ Circular Engineering continuously invests in innovative solutions that minimize carbon footprints. PJ Circular Engineering’s core offering is a service exchange program, supplemented by turbocharger services, governors & controls, fuel injection systems, and reconditioning of 4-stroke engines.

PJ Circular Engineering partners with industry leaders such as Woodward, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, KBB Turbochargers, Regulateurs Europa, Reflow, and HS Turbochargers.

The Role

As Area Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily sales operations from the Danish office. Your initial focus will be to gain a deep understanding of the business, services, clients, and current operations. Working closely with the CEO, who is also the company’s founder and owner, you will develop a growth strategy, including sales objectives and related budgets. Once approved, you will execute the plan and report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for expanding PJ Circular Engineering’s customer base while ensuring existing clients receive exceptional service. Some travel is expected.

  • Relevant commercial or technical education
  • Experience in technical sales within the maritime industry
  • Strong network within the maritime sector
  • Experience with marine engines
  • Fluent communicator in English, both spoken and written
