Now you have the chance to become part of our Service Operation Department in Frederikshavn that supports the aftersales business at Svanehøj. We generate documentation for production or purchase of parts that have become obsolete.
For generations, we have been dedicated to building and excelling in maritime pumps for cargo handling and fueling the engine of the vessel. Our specialty is cryogenic pump solutions for green transition energy sources and Power-to-X.
Today we are 400+ multinational employees at Svanehøj that operate from 7 locations around the world, proudly serving our growing customer base and new markets for greener fuels.
Together with 2 talented and diverse colleagues your focus will be on rotating equipment, among other things submerge pumps. You will mainly be working with colleagues in Denmark, USA and Singapore. Our colleague in the US will be your main contact for training and coaching, therefore odd working hours and traveling will occur.
The tasks are versatile, and we work individually as well as in close cooperation with colleagues, and we are continuously in close dialog with both colleagues inside the organisation, customers, and suppliers.

The position:
Your primary work focus will be:
- Conduct reverse engineering on various types of rotating equipment.
- Analyse and interpret technical data to create accurate models and drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Participate in up to 30 travel days per year for training, primarily in the United States.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reverse engineering and a keen eye for detail, including:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in reverse engineering, particularly with rotating equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel for training purposes.
